We ship to Spain and most international countries. We work with different logistics operators to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended.
📦 Estimated Delivery Times
- Spain: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 7 to 12 business days
- International: 7 to 15 business days

⚠️ Possible Delays
As these are international shipments, delays beyond our control may occur, such as:

- High demand during specific seasons
In these cases, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your shipment at any time.
📬 Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided address is correct and complete. Spherory is not responsible for undelivered orders due to errors in the address provided.
📦 Uncompleted Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control (incorrect address, repeated absence, failure to pick up, etc.):
- The order may be returned to the warehouse
- The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs
🧾 Customs and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
