When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned product. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

What if my product arrives defective or damaged?

If your product arrives in poor condition, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Just email us with a photo of the product and your order number.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

We cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
